The Michigan Adaptive Golf Association is dedicated to expanding access to the game of golf by creating inclusive, athlete-centered opportunities for individuals of all abilities. We serve athletes with physical, cognitive, sensory, and health-related impairments, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to connect and compete.

As a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization, Michigan Adaptive Golf Association was founded in 1955 on the belief that golf can play a powerful role in physical and emotional rehabilitation. Our community includes wounded veterans, cancer survivors, individuals living with diabetes, and others who have experienced life-changing injuries or health conditions. Through golf, our athletes find strength, confidence, and renewed purpose.

Beyond competition, Michigan Adaptive Golf Association fosters a welcoming and supportive environment where athletes connect, build lasting friendships, and find camaraderie both on and off the course. Golf becomes more than a sport—it becomes a pathway to wellness, resilience, and community.
Today, the Michigan Adaptive Golf Association represents a diverse and inspiring community united by determination and a shared passion for the game, demonstrating that golf is truly a sport for everyone.
